Drop the latest PTO balance report or calculator to refresh your verified checkpoint automatically. Existing time-off entries remain in place, and the current balance and forecast recalculate from the effective date.

Verified balance checkpoint
This is the last employer-verified balance. Entries before the effective date are treated as already included; entries after it update the current balance and forecast.
Normal work schedule
Choose a weekly schedule or a repeating on/off rotation. Calendar workday markers are informational and never change PTO balances or time-off entries.
Refresh balance from a PTO report
Drop the newest Southwest PTO balance HTML report or PTO Calculator workbook here. The app reads the verified balance and effective date, updates the checkpoint, and leaves every time-off entry untouched.
Firebase account and cloud storage
The app always keeps a local browser copy. Sign in to securely synchronize the same planner across your devices through Cloud Firestore.
Accrual schedule carried over from Excel
The job-level group used by the workbook receives a minimum 160-hour annual accrual and 240-hour cap. Higher tenure-based values still apply.

Data maintenance
