Drop the latest PTO balance report or calculator to refresh your verified checkpoint automatically. Existing schedule entries remain in place, and the current balance and forecast recalculate from the effective date.

Imported from the workbook. Changes save automatically.
Verified balance checkpoint
This is the last employer-verified balance. Entries before the effective date are treated as already included; entries after it update the current balance and forecast.
Normal work schedule
Choose a weekly schedule or a repeating on/off rotation. Normal shifts can publish automatically to your subscribed calendar, and a dated schedule entry replaces the regular Work event for that day.
Refresh balance from a PTO report
Drop the newest Southwest PTO balance HTML report or PTO Calculator workbook here. The app reads the verified balance and effective date, updates the checkpoint, and leaves every schedule entry untouched.
Firebase account and cloud storage
The app always keeps a local browser copy. Sign in to securely synchronize the same planner across your devices through Cloud Firestore.
Calendar integration
Subscribe from Apple or Google Calendar. PTO Bank sends your normal work schedule plus every saved work and leave entry outward through a private, read-only feed; outside calendar events never return to PTO Bank or affect your balance.

Checks run every 15 minutes while PTO Bank is open and visible. Calendar requests are recorded at most once every 15 minutes; tests do not count. A working feed does not confirm that Skylight has displayed the events.
Accrual schedule carried over from Excel
The job-level group used by the workbook receives a minimum 160-hour annual accrual and 240-hour cap. Higher tenure-based values still apply.
